Profile: Provision of inspection, expertise and engineering services in the painting field for the benefit of the Maritime Force Elements (EFM). This notice concerns the provision of inspection services and of expertise in the field of painting for the benefit of the French Navy. These services are available in three types: 1) inspection services: carrying out inspection services, in the framework of external control exercised for the benefit of the contracting authority, the opportunity for surface preparation and paint application on EFMs from the French Ministry of the Armed Forces. Inspection services are carried out as part of the external inspection during surface preparation work and application of paint in support of project management; 2) appraisal services: the realization of appraisal services in the paint / corrosion area. These expert services concern: a) monitoring of the behaviour of paint coatings during the period of guarantee; b) ad hoc expertise relating to technical problems of degradation of paint coatings, corrosion of surfaces or work of paintings; 3) engineering services: the realisation of engineering services in the paint / corrosion area. These services relate to participation in audits, state feedback meetings concerning the monitoring of paint work, the in-service behaviour of paints and problems particular techniques
